We are currently seeking a Cashier/Customer Service Representative, Part-Time to join our team.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Process cash, check, and credit card payments from customers and outside companies.
  • Perform closing procedures, including balancing the cash drawer and completing a transaction log.
  • Maintain all files and logs in a logical organization and process all paperwork.
  • Respond to internet inquiries with courtesy, accuracy, and professionalism.
  • Generate services appointments.
  • Conduct phone surveys to assess customer preferences and quality of experience.
  • Effectively utilize lead management tools.
  • Compile all necessary reports, forms, and other documentation on a timely basis.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
  • Exhibit ethical behavior, provide the highest degree of customer satisfaction, and be honest in all aspects of dealing with customers.
  • Answer phones and direct calls to the appropriate person or department.
  • Acknowledge external and internal customers immediately and in a friendly and courteous manner.
  • Perform general clerical duties.
  • Work part-time on afternoons and evenings and full days on Saturdays.
  • Provide support to team members in other departments as needed.

Qualifications

  • Presentation of information in a clear and professional manner.

  • Efficient typing skills.
  • Basic and phone computer skills.
  • Basic problem-solving skills.
  • Punctuality and ability to multitask.

Pay Incentives

  • The Cashier/Customer Service Representative has a pay scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include base hourly compensation of $16.00 to $18.00.
