Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborates with company executives to devise and enhance methods and procedures aimed at boosting sales, reducing costs, and achieving greater operational efficiency.
- Monitors activity reports to ensure personnel meet sales targets and collect premiums from policyholders.
- Interprets, implements, and enforces company policies effectively.
- Prepares and submits comprehensive activity reports.
- Analyzes competitive landscapes and responds to emerging opportunities.
- Proactively seeks business prospects by engaging with new or existing accounts and recruiting insurance agents with established client bases, as well as pursuing acquisitions of independent insurance agencies.
- Aligns staffing requirements with sales objectives, ensuring optimal customer service levels.
- Develops the annual budget and oversees expenditures while promoting cost-saving initiatives.
- Leads training and staff development efforts, participating in or leading project teams.
- Acts as the agency's representative with clients and vendors.
- Undertakes additional responsibilities as assigned.
- Anticipates approximately 60% travel in this role.

Qualifications:
- Master's degree (M.A.) or equivalent, along with four years of relevant experience and/or training; or a comparable combination of education and experience.
- Current valid Insurance License(s).
- Valid driver's license.
- Proficiency in agency management systems, contact management systems, internet software, spreadsheet software, and word processing software is essential for success in this role.
