KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

As a growing organization, we are focused on implementing structures and processes that support sustainable growth while maintaining a close-knit, family-oriented culture. This role is essential for ensuring alignment and progress as we expand.

Operations & Strategic Alignment:

  • Facilitate effective meetings that promote collaboration and alignment.
  • Oversee the implementation of operational frameworks and tools across the organization.
  • Lead and hold accountable the leadership team.
  • Support the operations department by enhancing performance and developing streamlined processes.
  • Act as a liaison between the visionary leadership and the team, ensuring clarity in priorities.

Team & Cultural Development:

  • Support the vision of fostering a strong, cohesive team culture that empowers growth.
  • Collaborate with HR to refine recruitment processes and meet staffing needs.
  • Communicate the company’s vision and goals consistently to energize the team.

Financial Oversight & Performance:

  • Manage the financial health of the organization, ensuring transparency and stability.
  • Establish effective financial processes and provide insights for decision-making.
  • Proactively address financial challenges and adapt operations based on data.
  • Build partnerships with contractors and vendors to enhance industry relationships.
  • Achieve key performance metrics and drive continuous improvement.
  • Implement systems for tracking client satisfaction and team performance.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required:

  • 3-5 years of experience in operations leadership, preferably in a similar role.
  • Proven track record of scaling a business and developing operational strategies.
  • Experience in managing P&L and budgeting.

Preferred:

  • Experience in small business operations.
  • Background in trades or field services.
  • Experience in a family-owned business environment.
