Market Development Manager, Americas

We are seeking a highly skilled Market Development Manager to join our team in the Americas region. As a key member of our Market Development function, you will play a critical role in driving GMAC's relationships and account management activities with graduate management education providers.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement account management plans to ensure GMAC's revenue and non-revenue goals are met.
- Identify and address the selection, recruitment, marketing, and candidate readiness needs of GME providers, positioning GMAC's products and services to fulfill those needs.
- Manage schools' overall engagement with GMAC, ensuring member schools are compliant with membership obligations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with GME providers, serving as the main conduit of two-way information and value between clients/members and GMAC.
- Contribute to the systematic gathering, analysis, and reporting of market insights, including school intelligence and competitor activities.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in a related field or equivalent combination of education, skills, and experience.
- 3-5 years' experience in account management/relationship management, school admissions/recruiting, higher education, or graduate management education sectors.
- Exceptional organizational, project planning, and time management skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Strong account management/relationship management and service mindset, with the ability to serve a portfolio of diverse customers.
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and ability to track data independently to drive decisions.
