Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Regional Business Development Manager to join our dynamic Air team. This senior-level position will focus on new business generation in our growing pharmaceutical vertical.
About You
You are an accomplished senior sales professional with a proven track record of working in high-pressure environments. You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
You have a deep understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and its complexities, including GxP and CIEV requirements. You are a strategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunities for growth and develop innovative solutions to meet customer needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a business growth strategy for the pharmaceutical vertical
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Provide unique supply chain solutions to customers
- Facilitate monthly and quarterly business reviews
- Present complex data graphically using analytics tools
- Manage global tariffs and accounts receivables
- Travel nationally and internationally to meet with customers and stakeholders
