Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated General Manager candidate in the energy storage system (ESS) area to lead our endeavors in America. This position plays a crucial role in our success, and we are looking for a candidate with a customer-oriented mindset, ready to continuously improve and develop our standards. The General Manager will have a customer-facing role and be involved in all activities, including developing technical solutions, working closely with internal product teams and R&D on solution definition and product strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify international business opportunities and potential growth areas for household energy storage (BESS), establish marketing channels, and continuously enhance marketing capabilities.
- Oversee the comprehensive planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of ESS projects to ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality.
- Manage the budgeting, financial planning, and administration of the household power system business.
- Develop and implement market penetration strategies, build brand recognition, and increase market share.
- Manage and nurture customer relationships to ensure their satisfaction and establish long-term partnerships with key customers.
