Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive organic growth and EBITA within the North American market.
  • Oversee the financial performance of the North American operations, managing P&L responsibilities to achieve financial targets and enhance profitability.
  • Cultivate an entrepreneurial and teamwork-focused culture that empowers managers to lead their areas of expertise.
  • Collaborate with department leaders to ensure processes are optimized for efficiency and scalability.
  • Lead efforts in collaboration with the VP, Sales and VP, Business Development, to identify new opportunities and drive customer acquisition and retention.
  • Work with HR to attract, develop, and retain top talent.
  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and provide regular updates to the CEO and executive team on regional progress.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven experience in a senior leadership role with a track record of driving profitable growth and achieving P&L targets.
  • Strong understanding of the North American market and experience with successful market expansion.
  • Exceptional strategic and analytical thinking as well as problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
