Job Description

At Graddegree, we are seeking a skilled Computer User Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our users.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Hardware and Software Support: Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software issues, ensuring seamless operation of our systems.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on computer equipment, peripherals, and other technical devices.
  • Technical Guidance: Provide expert guidance and support to users on hardware and software usage, troubleshooting, and optimization.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our IT team to resolve complex technical issues and implement new technologies.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Stay up-to-date with the latest hardware and software technologies, and share your knowledge with the team to ensure we are always at the forefront of technical advancements.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a technical support role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Skills: Excellent technical skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills.
