Lead a Team of Sales Professionals

As a Sales Manager at New Bern Auto Group, you will have the opportunity to lead a team of dedicated sales professionals. With a proven track record in the automotive industry, you will be responsible for mentoring and coaching your team to achieve sales success.

About the Role

This is a leadership position that requires a strong ability to motivate and develop a team. You will work closely with our employees and customers to develop relationships and enhance the sales process. Your goal will be to build rapport with customers, establish a customer network, and provide training and support to the sales staff.

Responsibilities

- Be a leader and provide focus for your sales team
- Work directly with our employees and customers to develop relationships and help to enhance the sales process

- Provide training and support to the sales staff and assist in closing deals
- Help manage productivity of the sales department

Qualifications

- Dealership management experience
- Must be interested in training additional sales associates and work within a team environment
- Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday
- Clean driving record
- Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen
