About the Role

Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a qualified Speech-Language Pathology Assistant to support elementary students in their educational journey. This full-time position will be based near Providence, RI, and will involve working with students who require therapeutic assistance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with teachers and other educational staff to develop and implement individualized education plans for students requiring speech therapy.
  • Provide direct therapy services to students, using evidence-based practices to promote communication skills and academic success.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress, including data on goals met and areas for improvement.
  • Communicate regularly with parents and guardians to keep them informed of their child's progress and provide recommendations for continued support at home.

Requirements

  • Must hold a valid Massachusetts SLPA License
