Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Home Based Therapeutic Support Staff. In this role, you will work closely with licensed clinicians to provide therapeutic support to children in their homes.



Responsibilities
  • Implement daily life skills training for children
  • Facilitate positive behavioral development and coping skills
  • Enhance social awareness and social skills


Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must meet the following qualifications:

  • Meet the minimum age requirement of 19 years old
  • Hold a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Own a reliable vehicle with insurance and regular maintenance
  • Complete necessary trainings, including CPR, First Aid, and CPI


$22-$24 per hour
