Patient Advocate Specialist

We are looking for a dedicated Patient Advocate Specialist to assist registered nurses in direct patient care, focusing on activities of daily living and maintaining a safe, therapeutic environment. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in enhancing patient outcomes and experience.
Key Responsibilities- Assist registered nurses in direct patient care, prioritizing patients' needs and promoting a safe environment
- Participate in groups and provide assistance as needed, fostering a supportive atmosphere for patients and staff alike
- Bachelor's degree in social sciences or comparable behavioral health experience preferred
- Experience working with mentally ill and developmentally delayed clients
- Excellent written and communication skills
- C.N.A. certification preferred; 2% pay differential available for active C.N.A. license holders
