Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Mental Health Support Specialist to join our team at Butler Hospital. As a key member of our healthcare staff, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and support. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting registered nurses with direct patient care, promoting a safe and therapeutic environment, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient outcomes.

  • Contribute to maintaining a safe and therapeutic environment.


Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment. A Bachelor's degree in a social science or equivalent experience is preferred. Additionally, having experience working with mentally ill and developmentally delayed clients is highly desirable. You must also have the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.

What We Offer: As a valued member of our team, you can expect a competitive salary range of $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer a 20/40 part-time schedule with evening shifts, which includes a 2% pay differential for active CNA licensure holders.
