Position Overview

DH Pace Company, Inc. is expanding and is looking to hire a Full-time Customer Service Representative to support our Local Market operations. We are in search of candidates who prioritize customer satisfaction and are open to both full-time and part-time opportunities. This role presents an excellent entry-level chance at DH Pace Company.

Flexible Work Schedules: Afternoon and weekend shifts are required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond efficiently and courteously to incoming customer inquiries through various communication channels, including phone and email. Conduct follow-up calls as necessary.
  • Initiate Planned Maintenance (PM) callbacks and updates as needed.
  • Evaluate customer needs to determine the best course of action.
  • Schedule and accurately create service tickets for both residential and commercial clients.
  • Promote all available products and services, providing precise pricing when applicable.
  • Manage sales of residential operators and coordinate with Dispatch teams to prioritize customer requests.
  • Achieve personal and team Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Address customer complaints, offering suitable solutions and alternatives; follow up to ensure issues are resolved.
  • Escalate issues to management when necessary and maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the ERP system.
  • Adhere to communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
  • Continuously seek ways to enhance the customer experience and improve processes.
  • Availability for overtime or additional hours as required.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent with prior experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused approach, with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
