Job Overview

We are a prominent Water Treatment Company seeking a dedicated individual to fill the role of Customer Support Representative. This full-time position operates Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

The successful candidate will be tasked with managing a substantial volume of incoming calls while also performing various administrative responsibilities. These responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Collections
  • Accounts receivable
  • Data entry
  • Payment processing
  • Billing
  • Scheduling service and sales appointments

This role demands a solid understanding of customer service protocols, excellent interpersonal skills, and the capability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in customer service
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • 10-Key and keyboarding skills
  • Positive, team-oriented attitude
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to learn new software systems
  • Must pass a drug screening
  • Willingness to undergo a background check
  • Netsuite experience is advantageous
