Key Responsibilities- Conduct daily visits to the homes of our clients to ensure the delivery of quality care services
- Enter and submit documentation records of home visits in a timely and accurate manner
- Answer incoming phone calls and redirect calls as needed
- Greet and assist guests in a professional and courteous manner
- Assist the Branch Manager with administrative duties as assigned
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license and access to an insured and reliable vehicle or public transportation
- Active and current auto insurance
- Ability to travel within the service area on weekdays between 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Proficient computer skills and customer service experience
