We prioritize trust, comfort, and modern dentistry to ensure our patients have the best experience possible.ResponsibilitiesThis full-time remote position is for a Bilingual Patient Care Coordinator at Rotem Dental Care. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer support in Spanish, maintaining high levels of patient satisfaction, and enhancing the overall patient experience on a daily basis.Requirements Strong background in Customer Service, Support, and Experience, with proven ability to drive high levels of Customer Satisfaction. Experience in Sales, front desk roles, and assisting with patient treatments. Fluent in both Spanish and English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated success in customer-facing roles. Knowledge of dental care or healthcare industry is advantageous, though not essential. Strong problem-solving skills, combined with empathy and attentiveness to patient needs.
