Position Overview:
We are in search of a sales-oriented and service-focused professional to join the UniFirst National Accounts team as a Major Account Executive.

This role entails the effective implementation and ongoing management of National Account Service programs, fostering account relationships, and overseeing contract renewals for our National Account clientele. The successful candidate will coordinate operational support and related tasks in alignment with customer contractual obligations. Key responsibilities include program initiation, compliance oversight, service management, resolution of service issues, revenue growth, and contract renewals.

Key Responsibilities:

Cultivate and manage relationships with primary contacts at National Account corporate offices and respective service locations to ensure adherence to National Account Service Agreements. Proactively oversee all service and management activities related to assigned National Accounts across the UniFirst service network. Ensure service expectations are met for all National Account locations, delivering industry-leading service and maintaining strong business relationships at the executive level. Negotiate contract renewals, facilitate price adjustments, and incorporate new items into customer agreements as necessary. Prepare and present required customer reports to effectively manage all assigned accounts. Conduct regular account review meetings to assess service performance. Qualifications:
A minimum of 2 years of experience in Service Management or Sales Management within a service-oriented industry. A bachelor's degree is preferred. Experience in the service industry is advantageous. Proven track record in contract negotiations with significant impact customers at the executive decision-making level. A proactive, independent attitude with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines with minimal supervision. Strong multitasking abilities, with the capacity to prioritize workload effectively. Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and general internet applications.
