Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree is mandatory; a Master's degree is advantageous.
- Minimum of 5 years in Business and Commercial Banking.
- At least 3 years in a supervisory role.
- Demonstrated success in driving sales growth.
- Proficient in using CRM software.
