We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Center Manager to join our team at iCryo Rockford. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing and implementing sales strategies, and ensuring exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a high-performing team to achieve sales and revenue targets.
  • Develop and execute sales initiatives, including corporate events and outreach programs.
  • Oversee the sales process and systems, ensuring seamless execution and continuous improvement.
  • Recruit, train, and develop staff members to achieve their full potential.
  • Monitor and evaluate staff performance, providing coaching and feedback to drive excellence.
  • Ensure timely and effective communication with guests, staff, and corporate teams.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and well-maintained facility, adhering to EBR standards.
  • Build and maintain relationships with community businesses to drive collaboration and growth.
  • Analyze business intelligence data to identify opportunities and drive center growth.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to communicate brand objectives, promotions, and performance goals.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2-3+ years of management experience, including staff management and sales.
  • Minimum 1-3 years of previous sales experience.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with a focus on driving results and excellence.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, participative leadership style, and drive for excellence.
  • Practical work experience using Microsoft Office Products.
