We're seeking a skilled and attentive Front Desk Agent to provide exceptional service to our guests. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for creating memorable experiences and ensuring a seamless stay for our travelers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver personalized service to guests, responding to their needs and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process guest check-ins and check-outs, including room assignments, key issuance, and payment processing.
  • Manage guest communications, including phone calls, messages, and requests.
  • Collaborate with Housekeeping to ensure rooms are ready for check-in and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Provide directions and information to guests regarding the property and local area.
  • Run daily reports and maintain accurate records of guest interactions.
Requirements:
  • US work authorization
  • Minimum 1 year of Front Office experience in a hotel environment
  • Bilingual skills a plus
  • Open availability
  • Ability to stand for long periods, walk extended distances, and lift/carry over 50 lbs.
