Job Overview

This role is pivotal in managing daily activities at construction sites, ensuring seamless coordination among subcontractors, and guaranteeing that projects are finalized within the designated timeline and budget constraints. The Site Operations Manager serves as the primary liaison for all on-site issues.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing and directing laborers and subcontractors.
  • Communicating project objectives to team members.
  • Identifying critical milestones and monitoring daily progress.
  • Ensuring high-quality workmanship and maintaining a safe, organized work environment.
  • Regularly interacting with vendors and clients through various communication channels.

Compensation is competitive, starting at $65K, and is commensurate with experience.

The work schedule is project-dependent, which may involve travel, overnight stays, and overtime as necessary. This is a full-time position predominantly based on active job sites. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is mandatory, and includes high-visibility apparel, safety glasses, gloves, hard hats, and welding helmets. Candidates should be prepared for exposure to noise and varying weather conditions.

Ideal candidates for the Site Operations Manager position will possess:

  • 2-5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • A solid grasp of the construction process and the ability to interpret blueprints and technical documents.
  • Exceptional communication skills and a strong organizational mindset.
  • Attention to detail and a task-oriented approach.
  • Proficiency in software applications such as Windows, Office Suite, and Google Workspace.
  • Experience with Procore and Bluebeam Revu is advantageous but not mandatory.
