Position Summary:
The Construction Foreman plays a pivotal role in overseeing job site operations, ensuring that work progresses efficiently and effectively. This position involves setting priorities for tasks based on directives from management and addressing site needs as they arise.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy machinery, including track hoes and backhoes, and manage the scheduling of rental equipment and materials.
- Direct and oversee project execution, which encompasses piping and tank installation along with associated materials.
- Liaise with the Installation Manager regarding specific project requirements to ensure safety, timeliness, and profitability.
- Communicate effectively with clients or their representatives about job site requirements and potential issues.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in piping and related products is essential.
- A valid driver's license is required, with the ability to operate construction vehicles and tow trailers as necessary.
- A high school diploma or GED is mandatory.

Physical Requirements:
- Capability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds regularly, with frequent bending and standing for 8-10 hours daily.
- Must pass employment requirements, including drug screening and background checks.
