Job Description:

We are seeking a Gaming and Entertainment Experience Coordinator to join our team. As a Virtual Reality Games Operator, you will be responsible for creating an immersive experience for our guests. Your primary duties will include:

  • ">
  • Greeting guests with a friendly and welcoming attitude, ensuring excellent guest service from the moment they arrive.">
  • Maintaining a courteous and helpful disposition towards guests and fellow employees.">
  • Actively promoting arcade game play and free-roam VR experiences, such as zombie games and plank air walking, while knowledgeably answering any questions guests may have.">
  • Selling tickets for arcade games and VR experiences, ensuring a seamless purchasing process.">
  • Ensuring all games, including arcade games and VR setups, are cleaned, properly equipped, and ready for guest use.">
  • Enforcing game rules, monitoring gameplay, and ensuring appropriate prizes are awarded to winners.">
  • Maintaining proper security and inventory of all prizes.">
  • Assisting with the opening and closing procedures, ensuring all equipment and facilities are in optimal condition.">
  • Helping with transporting department deliveries from the warehouse to storage areas and restocking game prizes as needed.">
  • Handling cash transactions accurately, including receiving payments and disbursing change to guests.">
