Job Title: Table Games Dealer

We are seeking an experienced Table Games Dealer to join our team at Golden Entertainment.

About the Job

As a Table Games Dealer, you will be responsible for dealing assigned games according to established policies and procedures. You will maintain a thorough knowledge of the game dealt and work under close supervision of table games supervisors and managers.

You will interact with guests in a friendly and upbeat manner, making change and exchanging chips for cash, handling payoff transactions, and collecting losing bets. You will also receive ships to the table, verify amounts, and place chips on the table.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least three months of experience dealing multiple games or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Excellent guest service skills
  • Basic math skills
  • Ability to manipulate cards, chips, and gaming devices such as roulette wheels
  • Must be able to effectively communicate in English, both written and verbal
Working Conditions

This is a full-time position that requires continuously standing and working indoors (more than 75% of the time). Lifting, pushing, pulling, carrying, walking, bending, and kneeling are required less than 25% of the time. Vision, hearing, speech, and literacy are critical for this role.

Estimated Salary

The estimated salary for this position is $45,000-$60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
