About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Poker Dealer to join our team at Resorts World Las Vegas. As a key member of our poker operations, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth gaming experience for our guests.

Job Summary

The Poker Dealer is a crucial role in maintaining the integrity and excitement of our poker games. You will work closely with our management team to ensure that all games are conducted fairly and efficiently. Your excellent communication skills and ability to multitask will be essential in providing a professional and friendly atmosphere for our guests.

Main Responsibilities

• Conduct and assist with the operation of poker games, ensuring accuracy and fairness at all times.
• Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor, providing exceptional customer service to our guests.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors regarding any irregular play or disputes, and verbalize player instructions and rules as required.
• Work collaboratively with the team to promote a positive and engaging gaming experience.

Requirements

• A minimum of 1-3 years' experience as a poker dealer in a similar environment.
• Ability to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working in a large, luxury resort setting.
• Ability to effectively communicate in English.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $$$42,000 - $62,000 per year, depending on experience, plus opportunities for career growth and professional development. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401(k) plan.
