Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Property Manager to join our team at our 176-unit Apartment Community in Fremont. This full-time position offers 40 hours per week, including benefits. The schedule is Sunday through Thursday, 9am-6pm.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Property Manager in managing the staff, vendors, and projects.
  • Successfully lease apartments to future residents in a professional manner.
  • Provide superior customer service to current residents when they have questions or concerns.
  • Engage in social media activities to promote the property and attract new residents.
  • Utilize excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

Requirements:

  • One year of proven property management experience.
  • Proven marketing skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Dependability and reliability.
  • A college degree is a plus.
  • Excellent computer skills: MS Office/Outlook/Excel/Word.
  • Knowledge of RealPage experience is a plus.
  • Excellent sales and customer service skills.
