Enterprise Accounts Support Representative

The Enterprise Accounts Support Representative plays a vital role in ensuring that our enterprise customers in the Corporate, Education, and Government sectors receive exceptional service and support from B&H.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, taking ownership of issues and ensuring complete and timely resolution.
  • Review customer inquiries thoroughly, providing comprehensive and effective solutions.
  • Process customer quote/bid requests and purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Communicate with customers in a professional and courteous manner, building relationships and demonstrating a commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and manage outcomes.
  • Escalate customer issues or communications as necessary, using good judgment and prescribed guidelines.
  • Make issue resolution decisions independently, understanding customer service processes and order fulfillment principles.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Support process improvement, cost reduction, and service improvement initiatives.
  • Assist team members as needed, promoting a collaborative and supportive work environment.
  • Participate in and contribute to departmental initiatives and community activities.
Requirements:
  • Highly responsible, able to take ownership of issues and see them through to resolution.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and responsibilities in a fast-paced, high-volume workload.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Detail-oriented and critical thinker, with a basic understanding of B&H products and research skills.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and general office productivity tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 1 year in a customer-facing role or 2 years in an office setting.
  • College education preferred.
