Job Title: Enterprise Small Business Relationship Manager Job Summary: As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with small business clients, providing them with tailored solutions to meet their financial needs. Your expertise will be essential in delivering exceptional client experiences and driving business growth. Key Responsibilities: * Manage a portfolio of clients, leveraging in-depth knowledge of their businesses to identify needs and deliver appropriate solutions * Collaborate with sales and support partners to bring in partners at the right time to support sales opportunities * Consult with small business clients to understand their business priorities and provide solutions that meet their needs * Provide excellent overall client satisfaction * Partner with credit, treasury, and Merrill product partners to ensure quality relationship assessment, prospect needs, and integration of financial solutions * Build meaningful relationships and partnerships * Execute on playbook strategies to achieve performance targets Required Skills: * Client Experience Branding * Client Management * Client Solutions Advisory * Customer and Client Focus * Pipeline Management * Credit Documentation Requirements * Financial Analysis * Oral Communications * Prioritization * Referral Management * Coaching * Interpret Relevant Laws, Rules, and Regulations * Risk Management * Written Communications Desired Qualifications: * Thorough knowledge of small business financial products and services * Experience advising business owners on complex credit / lending solutions * Familiarity with sales force automation and Interact * Ability to demonstrate examples of improving specific businesses financial outcomes by interpreting financial statements and recommending specific levers Work Environment: * 1st shift (United States of America) * 40 hours per week
