Senior Enterprise Risk Management Analyst - RCSA

Job Summary:
The Enterprise and Operational Risk Management Group (ERM/ORM) is responsible for leading the strategy and execution of the Bank's Enterprise and Operational Risk Management Framework. The ORM team develops and implements programs to identify, measure, mitigate, and monitor the bank's operational risk.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide guidance to the First Line of Defense (FLOD) on developing effective controls to mitigate key risks.
• Perform effective challenge to risk and control owners on documenting material risks and key controls as well as assessment results via the RCSA process.
• Collaborate and coordinate with subject matter experts across the FLOD and SLOD to ensure risk assessments are completed on-time and challenged.
• Foster relationships and collaborate with teams across the organization.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in a related field (i.e., financial services industry)
• 4+ years of direct experience developing risks and controls in one or more of the three lines of defense
• Knowledge of general banking operations, including Deposit Operations, Loan Administration, Treasury Management, Payment Operations, and/or other commercial banking products and services
• Solid verbal and written communication skills
• Self-starter: ability to work with little direction or oversight
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
