About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Broker Relationship Manager to join our team at Humana. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with small and medium-sized accounts, driving sales growth and revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and grow existing relationships
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, agents, and other key stakeholders
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity
Requirements
  • Active Arizona resident Health insurance license or willingness to obtain within 90 days of hire
  • Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of experience in the Medicare industry with a focus on management/leadership
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
  • Ability to lead and train a team of sales associates, utilize technology tools, and build and maintain relationships with communities and medical providers
  • High level of self-motivation and ability to accomplish goals independently
  • Prior sales experience in the health solutions industry
  • Prior experience with laptop computers, cell phones, and ability to navigate mobile apps
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Passion for contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
  • Ability to travel approximately 50% or more with some overnight stays
  • Clear and valid state driver's license and proof of personal vehicle liability insurance with at least 100/300/100 limits
  • Located in Arizona (Phoenix/Tucson area)
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree
  • Veteran or veteran spouse preferred
  • Bilingual with the ability to speak, read, and write in both English and an additional language (Chinese, Korean, or Spanish) without limitations or assistance
