Job Description

PNC is seeking a skilled Relationship Manager to join our Healthcare Business Banking organization in Jacksonville, FL. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing relationships with new and existing clients to grow sales, revenue, and market share.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to acquire and retain clients, driving revenue growth and increasing market share.
  • Manage risk and return for new and existing clients, identifying and mitigating different types of risk.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their financial goals.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to leverage PNC's products and services, driving client engagement and loyalty.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market developments, applying this knowledge to drive business growth and improve client outcomes.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in business development, client relationship management, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of financial services, including credit and non-credit products.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze and evaluate credit risk, utilizing knowledge of credit fundamentals and internal credit policies.
