About the Job:

We are seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer II to join our team at MXR Imaging, Inc. The ideal candidate will have experience in installing, maintaining, and repairing diagnostic imaging equipment.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance on medical imaging systems
  • Install new equipment at customer sites with minimal supervision
  • Troubleshoot and repair complex issues with occasional support from colleagues

Requirements:Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field; military electronics background a plus
  • Minimum 3 years of direct field service experience; 2+ years of ultrasound imaging experience highly preferred

Skills and Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office applications and field service software
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Compensation and Benefits:

Estimated salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience and location


Work Environment:
  • Able to lift 50 pounds regularly; occasional lifting of up to 100 pounds
  • May require overnight travel up to 50% of the time
