About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Documentation Specialist I to join our team at Elevate Credit Service, LLC. As a key member of our content development team, you will play a critical role in creating high-quality documentation that enhances the customer experience.

Job Description
  • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for our online knowledge management system.
  • Partner with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to gather information and create clear, concise documentation.
  • Gather, prioritize, update, and correct knowledge articles as needed.
  • Coordinate the review and approval process for new and modified documentation.
Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Creating and maintaining documentation that aligns with company standards.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of documentation.
  • Maintaining a record of all documentation, including procedures, process flows, and other reference materials.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in training or customer service role within a financial industry.
  • Experience converting informal communications into articulate, concise finished products.
  • Proven reporting and documentation experience.
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.

Estimated salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
