Position Overview

As a key player in our organization, you will oversee the integration of two distinct systems into a unified application. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and that the project progresses smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Approval: You will be responsible for securing the endorsement and signoff of the program plan from customer representatives, including portfolio managers and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Scope Management: It is essential to manage the program's scope effectively, ensuring that any changes are agreed upon and approved by the necessary parties.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders and customer representatives to facilitate collaboration and communication.
  • Work Planning: Direct the planning and scheduling of design work to ensure timely project delivery.
  • Progress Tracking: Monitor and report on the program's progress against the established plan, making adjustments as necessary.
  • Issue Resolution: Act as the primary contact for all program-related concerns, addressing issues promptly and effectively.
  • Proposal Coordination: Prepare and present proposals to relevant agencies as required.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential program risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure they are tracked to resolution.
  • Team Leadership: Ensure that team leads adjust and revise estimates as needed to reflect project realities.
  • Proactive Problem Solving: Anticipate challenges and address them proactively, resolving conflicts with sensitivity and professionalism.
  • Standardization: Coordinate the establishment of program standards and specific procedures in collaboration with team leads.
