Position Overview

As a Systems Integration Project Leader, you will play a crucial role in the successful unification of two distinct systems into a singular, efficient application. Your expertise will be vital in ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and that the project progresses smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Take charge of obtaining approval and signoff on the program plan from customer representatives, including portfolio managers and other impacted stakeholders.
  • Scope Management: Oversee the management of the program's scope, ensuring that any changes are agreed upon and approved by relevant parties.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and customer representatives to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
  • Planning and Scheduling: Direct the planning and scheduling of design work to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
  • Progress Tracking: Monitor and report on the program's progress against the established plan, making adjustments as necessary.
  • Issue Resolution: Act as the primary contact for all program-related inquiries and effectively resolve any issues that arise.
  • Proposal Coordination: Prepare and present proposals to relevant agencies as required.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential program risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure timely resolution.
  • Estimation Oversight: Ensure that team leads revise and adjust estimates as needed throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Proactive Problem Solving: Anticipate challenges and address them proactively, resolving conflicts with sensitivity and tact.
  • Standardization: Coordinate the establishment of program standards and specific procedures in collaboration with team leads.

Note: Candidates local to Maine are highly preferred.
