Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Exceptional Patient Care: Embody our Total Patient Experience by building relationships with patients, delivering great medical support, and ensuring a positive experience from check-in to check-out.
  • Administrative Support: Manage patient flow, answer phones, and provide prompt and courteous service to patients and staff.
  • Financial Transactions: Collect payments, manage cash drawer, and reconcile daily transactions.

Requirements
  • Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent, with one year of related experience and/or training.
