- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Serve as a strategic partner to senior management, providing insights and guidance on HR-related issues.
- Drive organizational effectiveness through workforce planning, performance management, and employee development.
- Develop and manage HR budgets and forecasts.
- Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:
- Lead the recruitment process, including developing job descriptions, posting job openings, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and managing offer negotiations.
- Implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates and reduce time-to-hire.
- Build and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies, job boards, and other talent acquisition sources.
- Develop and maintain an employer branding strategy to attract top talent.
- Employee Relations and Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Manage employee relations, including handling conflicts, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
- Oversee the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Foster a positive work environment and promote a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Training and Development:
- Identify training needs and design, implement, and evaluate training programs for employees at all levels.
- Support career development and succession planning efforts within the organization.
- Promote continuous learning and development to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Compensation and Benefits:
- Oversee the design and administration of compensation and benefits programs.
- Conduct regular reviews of compensation structures to ensure market competitiveness and internal equity.
- Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.
- Performance Management:
- Develop and implement performance management systems to drive employee engagement and productivity.
- Provide guidance and support to managers in conducting performance appraisals and setting goals.
- Implement strategies to recognize and reward high-performing employees.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 7-10 years of HR management experience, with a strong emphasis on recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing HR strategies that align with business objectives.
- In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build relationships and influence at all levels of the organization.
- Experience with HR software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification.
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Ability to effectively manage company scheduling system.
- This position typically operates in a home office environment. Occasional travel may be required for recruiting, observation, and training purposes.
