Belmont Village Senior Living is seeking a highly motivated and experienced hospitality management professional to join our team as an Executive Director in Training. This comprehensive 12-month program will provide you with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in a senior living executive director role.

As an Executive Director in Training, you will assist an experienced Belmont Village Executive Director Preceptor at an assigned community, gaining hands-on experience in all aspects of community operation, including regulatory compliance, customer service, employee relations, talent management, sales, care and service plan development, and management of the community operating budget.

Upon successful completion of the training program, you will advance to an Assistant Executive Director or Executive Director position, depending on the needs of the company. Key qualifications for this role include a minimum of 2 years of management experience in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality, an associate's degree required, and a bachelor's degree preferred. Ability to obtain a state administrator's licensure by the end of the training program is also required.

Training will take place in one of our California, Austin, or Chicagoland area Senior Living Communities, and participants must be open and willing to relocate following the training for their first assignment as Assistant Executive Director or Executive Director to any market in which Belmont Village operates.
