Job Description

AbbVie is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead the development and implementation of training programs for Market Access (Max) Account Executives and other field personnel. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and delivering training content that enhances the proficiency and effectiveness of our team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement training programs that align with AbbVie's business objectives and future-fit strategies.
  • Lead a team of training professionals to design and deliver training content that meets the needs of our Market Access team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to identify training needs and develop solutions that drive business results.
  • Provide project management support for major programs, including NSM, ACCELERATE, and ELEVATE.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders across the organization.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 8-10 years of experience in sales and field training, preferably in Market Access.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in facilitation and public communication.
  • Proven project planning and management expertise at the District Manager level or above.
  • Ability to collaborate and work well in a team environment with cross-functional partners and stakeholders.
