We are currently seeking a seasoned Project Engineer to bolster our Southwest Region operations.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Contributing to the design, construction, and upkeep of various infrastructure projects.
  • Engaging in projects that may encompass bridges, roads, tunnels, and water and sewage systems.
  • Developing roadway design elements such as typical sections, geometric layouts, drainage assessments, and traffic maintenance plans.
  • Creating comprehensive construction documentation, including drafting, calculations, specifications, and cost projections.
  • Guiding and mentoring junior engineering staff.
  • Conducting thorough engineering calculations and analyses, employing design software to address complex challenges.
  • Managing project timelines and maintaining effective communication with clients.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited institution.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
  • 8 to 10 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience with Plans, Specifications, and Estimates (PS&E) is preferred.
  • Self-driven to achieve personal objectives while fostering accountability within a team setting.
  • Familiarity with local municipalities, funding avenues, public infrastructure, and traffic systems.
  • Ability to adhere to project schedules, which may necessitate occasional extended hours and travel.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Interpersonal skills including active listening, teamwork, dependability, leadership, and adaptability.
