Job Title: Sales Manager

Ultra Clean Technology (UCT) is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and expanding relationships with major and minor integrated device manufacturers, semiconductor wafer fab equipment manufacturers, and other ChemTrace business segments to maintain and expand SSB's revenue stream of analytical testing services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and execute strategic sales/account plans, derived from various product line strategies and segment sales plans, to meet growth objectives.
  • Communicate weekly and monthly progress and issues at key accounts with recommendations for next steps.
  • Responsible for sales forecasting as input for the Sales Plan.
  • Leverage UCT technical personnel to support sales activities.
  • Handle quotations and sales agreements negotiations.
  • Work with inside sales staff to monitor account activities and update client databases.
  • Deliver presentations to existing and prospective clients.
  • Develop relationship maps of key organizations in the value chain, increasing coverage/networks within accounts' organizations.
  • Responsible for filling the funnel and driving opportunities to closure.
  • Position new value propositions at target accounts for commercial development.
  • Collect market information and communicate current and emerging needs for current accounts within the segment and region.
Requirements:
  • BS Degree in Chemistry or related field, or equivalent directly related experience.
  • Minimum of 4 years of successful related sales or customer relationship building experience.
Work Environment:

This job is usually performed in a professional office environment, routinely using standard office equipment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts, and vibration.

Physical Demands:

The employee is regularly required to talk or hear and is frequently required to stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle, or feel, and reach with hands and arms. The employee is required to safely sit, climb stairs, maintain balance, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.

Travel Requirements:

Regular off-site and/or overnight travel away from primary work location is required.
