Position Overview

We are in search of an Agricultural Sales Specialist to represent the NK Seed brand. This role will focus on executing the NK Brand strategy within your designated territory, leveraging local insights and agronomic knowledge to tackle agricultural challenges effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Executing the NK Brand strategy to achieve core objectives: Differentiate, Innovate, Outperform, and Leverage.
  • Supporting the NK Brand Retail sales organization to drive profitable growth.
  • Establishing a sustainable and leading position for Syngenta Seeds in the market.
  • Delivering NK Seed brand campaigns and offers to targeted customers through selected distribution partners.
  • Generating demand at the customer level, ensuring comprehensive product knowledge and interest in NK Corn and Soybeans.
  • Building a deep understanding of customer needs through consultative selling, recognized expertise, and trust.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Agriculture or a related field, or equivalent experience in the agriculture industry.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in agronomic sales.
  • Strong customer focus with proven sales and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage operational budgets, variable selling expenses, and marketing funds in accordance with NK Sales Area guidelines.
  • Capability to engage effectively with channel partners to connect them with growers and deliver solutions.
