Allied Universal Event Services is actively seeking Event Staff. This role involves responsibilities such as ticket collection, guest welcoming and ushering, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Event Staff members are also tasked with managing foot traffic and ensuring the cleanliness, operational efficiency, and upkeep of designated areas.


KEY JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Essential duties required to fulfill the position's minimum expectations. Additional responsibilities may be assigned.
Assists in all facets of event day preparation and execution.

Facilitates appropriate entry into each venue, which may include collecting and/or scanning tickets, verifying wristbands and badges, and directing traffic in and out of the venue.

Exhibits a thorough understanding of the policies, procedures, and regulations of various venues, facilities, and events.

Initiates a warm, friendly, and personalized greeting to guests as they arrive at your facility entrance, aisle, concourse area, or other locations, along with a sincere thank you upon concluding your interaction with each guest.

Offers guests helpful directions and/or recommendations that enhance their entertainment experience.

Interactions with guests should include a smile and utilize a natural speaking voice, incorporating natural inflection and a friendly tone.


QUALIFICATIONS:
To successfully perform this job, the individual must be able to carry out each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below represent the knowledge, skills, and/or experience necessary. Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must possess a high school diploma (or equivalent).

As a condition of employment, the employee must successfully complete a background investigation and a post-offer/pre-employment drug/alcohol test and may be required to pass a Driver's Record check.

Must demonstrate professionalism, articulate communication, and the ability to exercise sound independent judgment and discretion.
Must be available to work overtime as required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
