Role Responsibilities:
As a detail-oriented and proactive Event and Hospitality Coordinator based in Colorado, you will play a crucial role in our events team at IO Global. Your responsibilities will include supporting events hosted at our office and facilitating travel arrangements for the executive team. The ideal candidate will ensure the flawless execution of in-office events, provide exceptional travel assistance to the CEO, and contribute to office and property management.
On-Site Event Coordination
- Oversee and facilitate in-office events, ensuring all logistical elements are managed effectively, including audiovisual needs, transportation, catering, and office supplies.
- Accompany the President and CEO to external events as needed, offering on-site support and assistance.
Property Management Assistance
- Assist in the oversight of company properties, including residences and office spaces.
- Ensure properties are well-maintained and promptly address any maintenance concerns.
Office Management Assistance
- Support daily office management tasks, ensuring a professional and organized office environment.
- Provide administrative assistance to the office management team as required.
Candidate Profile:
Who You Are:
- Experienced hospitality professional with a focus on high-end service.
- Demonstrated expertise in event coordination.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel as necessary.
- Experience in property management is advantageous.
- Flexibility to work outside of standard hours based on event schedules.
Compensation and Benefits:
IO Global operates as a fully distributed organization; however, due to the collaborative nature of this role with the executive team, proximity to Colorado is required.
The salary range for this position is between $80,000 and $95,000 annually, determined by overall experience and performance during the selection process. This is part of a comprehensive compensation package.
