As a Healthcare Customer Support Specialist, your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing administrative support within a medical practice, encompassing reception duties, telephone communication, management of medical records, processing charges, and coordinating referrals.
  • Facilitating communication and collaboration between the healthcare team and patients/families to address their physical, emotional, and spiritual needs.
  • Exhibiting personal accountability for relationship-based care, aligning with our organizational mission and core values.
Qualifications:

In addition to bringing your authentic self to work each day, qualified candidates should possess the following:

  • A background that demonstrates proficiency in office tasks, including computer skills, filing, and telephone management, along with a basic understanding of software applications such as Microsoft Word, Email, and Excel.
  • A High School Diploma or GED is required.

Physical Requirements: This role involves sedentary work, which may require prolonged periods of sitting and occasional lifting of up to 10 lbs.
