Job Description
The Inside Sales Coordinator will be responsible for driving overall company sales growth through developing and strengthening relationships with new and existing clients.
This role involves coordinating with the Business Development Team and branch sales personnel to drive revenue growth.
Daily Activities
- Customer Order Entry
- Purchasing
- Follow Up on POs with Suppliers
- Allocation and Invoicing of Customer Orders
- Cultivate Customer Relationships via phone calls, email, etc.
- Updates to our company website - including data management, part uploads/changes, images, etc. - and other online marketplaces.
Requirements
The ideal candidate should be highly motivated, self-directed, sales and/or customer service oriented with the ability and drive to learn and grow with us well into the future.
A strong aptitude for business-to-business (B2B) sales/service, excellent customer and interpersonal relationships, and customer service skills are required.
Estimated Salary Range: $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
