Job Overview:
We are seeking a Sales and Customer Engagement Executive to join our team at Spectrum. In this role, you will be responsible for selling bundled services to new customers and generating sales leads through prospecting tactics. You will work closely with the Account Coordinator to ensure that all necessary administrative work is completed accurately and in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate selling skills and product knowledge.
- Practice selling skills with other Account Executives regularly.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities using Salesforce.com.

Requirements:
- Outside sales experience in a high-transaction, short-closing cycle model preferred.
- Business-to-business sales experience preferred.
- Proven sales history of meeting or exceeding targets preferred.

The estimated salary for this position is around $100k plus, with a minimum commission guarantee. The compensation package also includes benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
