Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced sales professional to join our team as an Aftermarket Parts Sales Team Lead. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and mentoring the sales staff to achieve sales and operational goals.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to drive growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Mentoring and coaching sales staff to enhance their product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills.
  • Leading the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets, labor efficiency, and warranty performance metrics.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a retail environment, preferably in aftermarket sales or related industries. They should also possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Estimated salary: $70,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
