About the Role

We create more efficient ways for shippers and carriers to transport goods across North America. As a Specialist, Customer Care in Last Mile at RXO, you will handle inbound and outbound communications to ensure that routes and deliveries are scheduled appropriately.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and dispatch routes to ensure timely delivery
  • Manage orders, including same-day and unassigned routes
  • Provide excellent customer service to assigned client stores
  • Record thorough notes with attention to detail in our system(s)
  • Communicate with customers and internal associates using technology and problem-solving skills
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of related work experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) and other business-related applications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2 years in a Call Center or Route Monitoring/Dispatch environment
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to exercise appropriate judgment, especially with upward communication
